Pyriform Fossa

Adding filler to the pyriform fossa space (at the corners of each nostril) adds volume to the underlying bone and gently pushes the face forward and positions it back to where it was when you were younger. Secondary benefit, it also softens the nasolabial folds (creases) from nostrils that wrap around the mouth) without even having to touch them with filler.
